Born and raised in Nashville, TN, Eli Routh personifies the description of “hometown boy makes good.” A veteran of the Navy, Eli served his country with distinction until an injury ended his time of active duty.
After returning to Middle Tennessee, Eli gave loyal support to several industry leading builders, and quickly gained recognition as a rising star. After a 12-year career as a Project Manager and COO, Eli was ready to take the next step and launch his own company.
In early 2022, he started Eclipse Construction Group (ECG) along with business partner Nathan Stoops. In a remarkably short time, ECG has grown into a prominent force within the greater Nashville residential building industry.
An active member of the Middle Tennessee building community, Eli is President of the Remodelers Council, and is a local, state, and national director for the Home Builders Association. In this role, Eli works alongside state and national legislators and other elected officials to help shape the future of construction and home building in Middle Tennessee.
Eli is not focused on just one facet of his craft, but instead has a broad vision to facilitate growth within the company through exemplary customer service, timely communication, and by delivering products of the highest level of quality. No matter whether the client is a capital group, investor, or building a custom home, Eli’s experience and professionalism are apparent to all who meet him.
A native of Alvordton Ohio, Nathan moved to Nashville TN in 2005 to pursue a career in the Country Music industry. Following a successful 15 year career as an artist, tour manager, and artist manager, Nathan made a pivot into real estate investing in 2019 and began developing residential new construction homes in the greater Nashville area. His love of creating something from nothing, combined with over a decade of business operation experience was a recipe for success, and a team quickly formed to support his vision.
In 2021 Nathan met Eli Routh, a veteran GC, and a friendship began that eventually led to the creation of Eclipse Construction Group in 2022. A born problem solver and strategic thinker, Nathan has an extensive background in creative deal structuring, client outreach and fundraising, and is proud to be creating quality real estate assets that will form the Nashville skyline of tomorrow.
